How the planning works
- Add your brand by pasting your website address, or enter the details yourself: what you do, who you serve, your expertise and your content pillars.
- Set your voice once: tone, formality, humour and a list of words you never want used.
- Build the week, or the next 28 days, in one go. Every post is written for the platform it will go on.
- Review each post, regenerate a day you do not like, then copy, schedule or publish it.
Content pillars keep the week balanced
Instead of seven random posts, each day follows one of your content pillars, such as educating your audience, telling a story, asking a real question, explaining a service or showing how you work. That keeps a week of posts varied without you planning the mix by hand.
One calendar for every brand
Every week you build lands on a month calendar, so you can see what is going out and when. If you manage several brands, each has its own profile, voice and calendar, and the main Calendar page shows them side by side.
Written to be useful, not to fill space
Posts follow a teach-first style: a short, true observation from your audience's working day, one practical thing they can use, and a clear takeaway. The writer is told to use only the facts in your brand profile, and drafts are checked for invented client stories, statistics and offers. You should still read every post before it goes out.
Extras that save time
- A trend finder that suggests timely angles for your niche.
- An Ideas tab: type your own idea and the AI builds the post, with an archive of everything you have written.
- Photo upload, with image prompts that use your brand colours.
- A writing style that learns from the edits you make.
